Bhanu lyricist – singer – Music Composer – Hear The Sweet Sound Of Poetry
Mumbai: Ganesh Chaturthi celebrated with such fervor and worshipped as the God of all beginnings has indeed blessed her disciple Bhanu a.k.a. Mrs. Parwathy Akhileshwaran – the lyricist, singer and music composer. Her Ganesh Bhajan “Mukh Mera Hathi Ka ….” released last year by T-Series on their T-Series Bhakti Sagar YouTube channel has garnered larger number of eyeballs.
The success of her Bhajans has added a feather to her starry cap and she is excited about it. The music company T-Series deserves a pat on their back for promoting the devotional song in a big way. Speaking about her devotional music video she says, “Having your song on a T-series platform is a blessing in disguise. This particular bhajan has been penned by me and with Annuji together we have scored and rendered the bhajan and also featured in the videos”
Bhanu further excitedly informs, “My other creation on this devotional track also features “Kaun Hai Bhakt Krishna Ka” which stood second on the list along with “Mukh Mera Haathi Ka” which has garnered more views.”
Bhanu is a reckoned name in the literary field. A graduate from University of Mumbai, she has authored many books on cookery and educational works published by India Book House and Sheth Publishing House. She has tutored herself in Carnatic and Hindustani classical music too. To begin with she has uploaded a social bhajan on her YouTube channel – Surleela.
Bhanu is busy scripting bound script for movies. She is more focused on creating original contents and stories that will go down well with the classes and masses. “I have many unique stories which have never been told on the Indian screen. I am completing many scripts with entire screenplay and dialogue too. There are also various genres of song which is also in the making,” quips Bhanu.
