THE UNTOLD SUCCESS STORY OF ARUN KOOMAR DAGA: A SMALL TOWN GUY WITH BIG DREAMS

Hailing from the town of Bikaner , Arun came to Mumbai with the same dream like many others ,to be a successful singer. But as everyone knows, the journey to success has its own share of complications that one has to go through before actually getting a taste of success.

Having no Godfather in the music industry, Arun’s road to success was not readymade for him. It took him 7 long years after which he got the big break he’d always dreamt about.

It was the song “Salaam Zindagi” in the Sanjay Dutt – Bipasha Basu starrer Lamhaa that gave him a taste of success. The song won him many accolades and helped him garner many fans. The singer also went on to lend his voice for the movie “Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster”. Last year, the singer sang the song “Ji Huzoori” for the movie “Ki and Ka” which was very well- received by the audience.

The singer, who is classically trained, His natural ability in music was groomed under the warm touch of Pt.Mohanlalji and Pt. Sohantalji Mishra of Banaras Gharana in the traditional Master Shishya parampara and his motivation originates from his Grandfather Lt. Girdhar Lal Daga. He is blessed with a velvet voice, which is actually pleasant.

He actually rose to fame with his first music album ‘Dil Pagal Hai’ with T-Series is also working on singles for Sa Re Ga Ma. The singer has also experimented with Sufi, classical and rock genre in his singles. The singer also released a song “Baby I Love You” on April 27, 2017 which is his experimentation in parody videos.

It takes a lot of guts to laugh at yourself & take a risk in changing your image for the the sake of entertaining your fans and viewers and that is exactly what Arun Koomar Daga did. The guy who got fame from Ki & Ka ( Ji Huzoori & Lamha )  has now come to tickle your funny bones with his latest single “Baby I Love You”.

The response to this video has been crazy as just upon its release, it instantly trended on Twitter and has also crossed a million views on YouTube. The fans have also claimed it to be ‘the funniest song of 2017’.
