Actress Mandira Bedi Hosts Listing Ceremony Of Cube Highways Invit At BSE Mumbai

Actress and Fitness Icon Mandiira Bedi hosted the memorable ceremony at the iconic BSE International Convention Auditorium in Mumbai as Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, the Investment Manager to InvIT, listed its fully subscribed privately placed ordinary units to INR 52,258.27 million (c. US$ 630 Million).

Mr. Pankaj Vasani (Group CFO, Cube Highways InvIT) introduced Mandira Bedi and then Mandira added the right elements of glitz and glamour, sophistication and style to a formal event.  And Mandira posed with dignitaries and guests who made several requests.

The Cube Highways InvIT has a diversified portfolio of 18 toll and annuity road assets with an aggregate length of 1,423.60 kilometres. Canadian pension investment manager British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (“BCI”), Mubadala and domestic institutional investors have subscribed to the ordinary units.
